Very sweet. I agree, baby feet are the cutest…although, dog and cat feet are pretty cute too. =)

Growing up my dad had a beard like that at some point. My mom called him a “wild man!” Love it.

Project 52 :: week 5 :: obsession :: east oregon wedding photographer

This weeks theme for Project 52 is obsession. Yep this was a toughie for me….I have TONS of obsession. I began last week thinking, which one do I pick. I literally didn’t choose until about 5 minutes ago…(procrastination is an obsession as well, one I am not proud of, but and obsession none the least). About a year ago, I saw the most beautiful millinery rose, it looked like the real thing. Check out Legeron. I was hooked, I had to figure out how these are made. I began a search on the net and discovered that millinery flower making is almost extinct, there are only a few large scale makers in the world. Now I am not talking about he silk roses that you get at JoAnns or Walmart. I am talking the 100% silk, dyed and completely made by hand. I found a company in Australia that still makes the tools and I purchased immediately. These are the first few that I have made. I have dyed and stiffened silk ready to go, if I could just find the time to sit down and make some more. They are lovely…
